Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

At Art of Relaxing, you can purchase vouchers for a chosen amount or for specific massages and service packages.

Vouchers are available in paper and electronic formats. A voucher may be issued to a named person or for a specified value. A named voucher is intended for the person shown on it and may be transferred to another person after notifying the studio in advance. A voucher for a specified value may be used by anyone.

Paper vouchers can be purchased directly at Art of Relaxing. They can also be sent by post once payment for the voucher and postage has been received.

You can order an electronic voucher:

• by phone;
• by contacting us on Instagram;
• through the website by completing the gift voucher order form.

Once payment has been received, the voucher and a VAT invoice will be sent to the specified email address within 12 hours.

The voucher can only be redeemed at Art of Relaxing. It cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits. Please present the paper or electronic voucher at your visit. Appointments using a voucher must be booked by phone. Appointments booked through Booksy require 100% advance payment.

The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. After it expires, a one-time extension of 1 month is available for a fee of PLN 50.
